The motive behind the establishment was to open a high-class Tour Operation Company as well as Air Flight Tickets catering for Domestic and International clientele, hence The Magic
The expectations of the customers are to be served by a competent, dynamic, and professional company.
The business is conceived towards provisioning a high-quality DMC management and other tourism supporting activities in Zanzibar as well as the Mainland.
The persons behind the establishment of the Company:
1. Mr. SALEH SULEIMAN SALEH, Director Managing
He is an experienced manager servicing: The Magic Zanzibar Tours and Travel:
i) Affiliated Tourism Businesses
ii) Export/Import of Fresh Sea foods
iii) Supermarket Food Supply
iv) Cleansing Detergents
All above was established on a sole proprietorship and was conceived by him.
2. Mr. AHMED YASIN ALI SAMANTAR, General Manager
A graduate of Kenya Hotel and Tourism Institute, Nairobi, and a leading Tour Manager in Zanzibar, with vast and unparalleled experience in Tours Management having worked, since 1976, in senior managerial positions in Kenya and several successful tour companies in Zanzibar. He has also attended specialty courses in Tourism Educational Seminar in Ibiza, Spain; Leadership Development; Integrated Management; Management Development, Customer Care etc. As such, his knowledge and experience extends beyond just Zanzibar but also to Kenya and Mainland Tanzania. He is one among the few pioneers of the tour operation services in Zanzibar a fact that gives him a rare deep knowledge of the destination and exceptional rapport with most partners in tourism. His ability in several international languages [English, German, and others] is a rare advantage in Zanzibar.
3. Mr.HAMIS SALIM MWATSAVA, Operations Executive
A graduate of Kenya Utalii College Management and Catering, Kenya, achieving Job Hotel Executive.
The management is supported by a work force of energetic and enthusiastic personnel that together form a formidable team in satisfying the customers needs.
Our team is frequently trained on Customer Care Attitudes, FireandFirst Aid to ensure they are well informed and equipped at handling our clients and emergency cases. Depart mental trainings and refresher courses are conducted every6 months.
